Login	GET	Initiates the Login of the user. Username is the username used and Password is the MD5 Password representation.
Logout	GET	Logout the user

ProxyLogin	GET	Initiates the ProxyLogin of the user. Username is the username used and Password is the MD5 Password representation.
Register	GET	Authorizes the user after user was logged in. Must be called immediately after login. Timezone is the offset specified in minutes from UTC
